Yesterday was a day that I will never forget!! Travis asked me to marry him and I said YES!! It was incredible, Travis is so amazing!! He asked me to be ready at 6:20 in the morning. I know that you are thinking that this is strange or way too early, but me and Travis like to go hiking and looking for sheds, so this is normal. We usually leave early so that it is still cool. I got ready like normal, and I was late, like normal. Travis had brought me breakfast and was rushing me out the door. I didn't understand because we usually don't have a schedule. Anyways, I got into his truck and as we started driving down the road, he handed me a blindfold and said that we were going to do something really exciting and he didn't want me to see until we got there. So, I put the blindfold on (this was really scary) and we drove for a few minutes, then he put me into another car with people that I didn't know. I was so confused. We drove for a few minutes and the boys in the car were chatting it up while I was scared for my life. When we stopped, everyone got out and left me in the car with the music up full blast. A few minutes later, Travis came and got me out of the car and took my blindfold off. Right in front of me was a beautiful hot air balloon. I was so excited!! I got in, and away we went. When we got up in sky and were at about 3,000 feet, Travis got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!!! Of course I said YES!! He put the ring on my finger and then we enjoyed the rest of the ride!! It was like something in the movies!! After we got done, we headed up to the cabin to relax, spend time with Trav's parents, and enjoy the day!! I seriously can't think of a better day!! Now it is time to plan a wedding!! WOW!! I get a little overwhelmed thinking about it, but the excitement takes over and I can't wait!! NO, WE DON'T HAVE A DATE YET, but I will let you know as soon as I know!! Here are a few pictures, I will get more on here ASAP. Trav's camera went dead after the first 5 minutes of our ride, but the guy that took us had a disposable camera, so we have to get those developed!! ENJOY!!

Eww baba baba! i am so excited! so much to do and I hate that i don't know him yet, that will be the next step then i will get the shower of the century planned! Call me when you get some time! he sure did a wonderful job with the proposal i love him already!

CONGRATS!!!!! I am so excited for you.. YOu desereve it I am so happy for you. I can't wait. Next tiem you come up will have to have a huge bbq. Too bad your mom does not live on kingston anymore no dying hair and eating wheat off the walls at midnight. I will neverforget that.

BUT...that is an amazing engagement story! Totally romantic and awesome! SO happy for you Meg! He sounds like an amazing guy and so does his family! You guys are cute. :)
